2 charged with marijuana possession

2 people were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.  Town of Webb Police report that 20 year old
Jennifer Miller of Ilion & 20 year old Joseph Lukaczyk of North Syracuse were charged following a traffic stop for no seat belts.  A search by K-9 Kimber resulted in a positive search for marijuana.  Both subjects were issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Webb Court.
