Boonville Youth Taken Into Custody

Boonville Police arrested a twelve year old youth Thursday morning and charged the youth with section 9.41 of the mental health law for being a threat to himself or others. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred at residence on Post Street in response to a 911 call of an out of control 12 year old. The youth was taken into custody without incident and transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment and evaluation.
