Carthage man charged with petit larceny

A 28 year old Carthage man was charged with petit larceny.  State Police report that Richard Susice was charged with allegedly stealing 14 New York state vehicle inspection stickers at Caskinette's Lofink
Ford in April.  Susice will answer the charge in Town of Champion Court at a later date.
