Citizen of the Year nominations sought

The Lewis CountyHospital Foundation is seeking nominations for its third annual Citizen of the Year award.  Nominees must be current Lewis County residents whohave a strong record of community involvement and service, with a special emphasis on volunteerism.  Individuals & couples may be entered.  Nominations will be accepted through July 20th & can be sent by mail to Lewis County Hospital Foundation, 7785 North State Street, Lowville, N.Y. 13367 or by fax to 376-8216.  Nomination forms are available at the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce and at the Lewis County General Hospital switchboard.  A subcommittee of the
hospital foundation board will select the 2012 recipient or recipients.  Anyone with questions may call Tim O'Connor at 376-5110.
