Glenfield teen charged with criminal contempt

A 17 year old Glenfield man is facing a charge of criminal contempt 2nd degree.  Lowville Police report that
Kenneth Juby was charged after he allegedly entered the Lowville McDonald's on Thursday, where the protected person in an order of protection is employed & Juby reportedly remained there to eat his dinner.  He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Village of Lowville Court at a later date.
