Lowville Teen charged with sex offenses

LOWVILLE  Village police arrested a 17 year old Town of Lowville teen with sexual offenses earlier this week. Police charged Douglas M. Tuttle on one count each of sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a
child, both misdemeanors.

The alleged incident involved a 14 year old and reportedly occurred in February of this year. The complaint was filed by the victim's mother according to Johnson Newspapers.
