Nolan Arrested and Given to New Hartford police for Warrant

The Lowville Police
department is reporting the arrest of Joseph M. Nolan 23 of Lowville for petite
larceny, after an investigation revealed that Mr. Nolan allegedly took
prescription medication from a residence in the village of Lowville.  Nolan was arraigned, was released and custody
of Nolan was then given to the New Hartford Police Department due to a prior warrant
that had been issued for his arrest.
