Two men plead guilty to felony DWI charges
Two men appeared in Lewis County Court to answer felony DWI charges from separate incidents. 24 year old Brandon Hellinger of Lowville and 36 year old Robert Ritter of West Leyden pleaded guilty to their charges & then signed contracts to the enter the county Drug Court program.
