Watertown Man Arrested on Burglary Charges

New York State Police out of Watertown arrested Ryan P.
Clement, 26 of Watertown on one count of Burglary in the 3rd degree
a Class D Felony.  It is alleged that
Clement burglarized the Purcell construction site located at summit drive in
the town of Watertown, Jefferson County Between September 8th and
September 10th.  Batteries and
Numerous tools were removed from the construction trailers located on the site.  Clement was arraigned, posted bail and was
released.  This arrest is associated with
the previous press release on October 3rd for the arrest of Jedadiah
Romeo for the same crime and Aaron Netto for possession of stolen
property.  The State Police are
requesting anyone who has purchased tools, construction equipment or any other
items from these men to please contact the state police in Watertown at
