Wife cuts Husband's Neck

Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a woman after she allegedly cut her husband's neck following an argument at the Ft. Drum Studio-tels on Route 12 early Thursday morning. 24 year old Samantha Webb was charged with first degree assault, arraigned in Watertown city court and committed to jail on $10,000 bail. Her 30 year old husband Henry Carter was treated for his injury at Samaritan Medical Center and released.
