Youths receive trespass warning

3 youths were detained for trespassing. Town of Webb Police report that they received a call of youths
trespassing within the closed beach area. All 3 were released with a verbal warning.  The Town of Webb Police would like to remind everyone that once the beach is closed, no one can enter the fenced in area or property associated with the Town of Webb Beach, such as the diving board area.  Anyone caught doing so is committing the crime of criminal trespass, which is a class-B misdemeanor.  Please check with the beach staff for the
hours & days that the beach is open.
