Three Rome Women Arrested, Facing Burglary Charges

Town of Floyd, January 23rd: Three Rome women were arrested by the New York State Police yesterday afternoon regarding a burglary investigation.

State Troopers from the Marcy Barracks report that Bernadette A. Gregory, 33, Mary B. Mooney, 45, and a 17 year old (no name released due to age, youthful offender status) female suspect were all charged with one count of burglary in the 3rd degree (illegal entry with intent), all class D felonies. The arrests stem from an alleged incident in the Town of Floyd reported to police on January 23rd at 7:59pm. All three suspects were released on their own recognizance to answer the charges in the Town of Floyd Court at a later date. No further details were released.
