Tomorrow, Ruby and Ronnie Norton of Lowville celebrate
their 50th wedding anniversary with happy wishes from Brad, Kelley, Joi,
Terry, Stacie, Tyler, Heather and Mike.
Singer Tony Bennett was born in Queens, NY, 86 years ago. No one can sing,
"I left my heart in San Francisco" like he did in 1962.
It was a 1,000 mile trip under the ice as the U.S. nuclear submarine
Nautilus arrived at the geographic North Pole in 1958 being the first undersea
voyage to reach that location. The Nautilus was taken out of service on March
3, 1980 and was put on display at the Submarine Force Museum in Graton,
Conneticut.</
