Carthage Woman Arrested for DWI

Angelica L. Holley, 39, of Carthage, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputie on Bridge Street in West Carthage with driving while intoxicated and no headlights. Her blood alcohol content was allegedly 0.15 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. She is summoned to appear Oct. 16 in West Carthage Village Court.
