Governor Andrew Cuomo signed legislation that will allowlicensed farm distilleries the opportunity to sell at public forums such aslocal fair and farmers markets including the New York State Fair. This law will take effect in six months andCuomo says that this will help farm distilleries establish a customer clientele.Farm Distilleries are required to use mostly new York agricultural products intheir liquors and will have to have permits from the State Liquor Authority.
