Extra Charges from Time Warner

Time Warner Cable internet customers will see an extra charge on their bills next month.   Beginning on November 1, Time Warner customers can either purchase their own cable internet modem or continue to lease the modem provided by Time Warner for a fee of $3.95 per month.  A Time-Warner Spokesperson stated that customers who choose to purchase their own modem should check a list of approved modems for their specific tier of Internet service.
