Lowville woman receives appearance ticket

The Lowville Police
Department reports that yesterday at about 10:42 PM the village Police
Department arrested 46 year old Caroline J Farr charging her with disorderly
conduct.  Patrols were called to the residence
for a domestic dispute between her and another subject.  The two were arguing loudly outside the
residence in the presence of Police.
After being told to keep their voices down several times, Farr allegedly
refused to quiet down which lead to her arrest.
Farr was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lowville Village
Court at a later date.
