Lyons Falls Youth receives possession ticket

The Lewis County Sheriff's
office reports that on October 4th at approximately 11:30pm on the
Pine Grove Road in the Town of Greig, Matthew L. Hubbard of Lyons Falls was
pulled over for having a loud exhaust, while police were speaking to the passenger
of the vehicle Timothy R Oster of Lyons Falls, a glass smoking device allegedly
containing Marihuana residue fell from his person onto the ground.  Hubbard was issued a ticket for inadequate
exhaust and Oster was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of
marihuana.
