on Thursday, 28 June 2012.

A 36 year old illegal alien from Mexico has been convicted of trafficking fake green cards and other documents
to fellow illegals in Lewis County.  The U.S. Attorney's office in Syracuse reports that Moises Velazquez-Jacobo pleaded guilty to each of the five counts lodged against him.  Velazquez-Jacobo was accused of creating and
selling phony green cards and Social Security cards to as many as 40 illegals while working at Marks Farms in Lowville. He was also accused of resisting arrest for biting the finger of a federal agent.  Velazquez-Jacobo faces up to 20 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.  After his release, he could be deported to Mexico.
