Natural Bridge Man Arrested Twice

A 20 year old Natural Bridge man was arrested twice in two days. Logan M. Moore Natural Bridge was arrested Thursday in Syracuse with another Natural Bridge Resident, Jeremiah Markwick for being in a vehicle reported stolen from the Village of Carthage. Markwick was remanded to the Lewis County jail on a felony probation warrant from Lewis County probation. Moore was arraigned in Carthage and charged with possession of stolen property and remanded to the Metro Jeff Public Safety Building without bail. While in the Metro Jeff jail, Mr Moore .was charged by Watertown police on Friday morning with fourth-degree criminal mischief in a June 8th incident in which He is accused of punching the front door of an apartment on Mill St., in Watertown, causing a window to break. He was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstruction of government administration. Police allege he possessed cocaine while a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Mill Street and then ran from the scene jumping off a cliff along the banks of the Black River.
