Two car motor vehicle crash with injuries

Lewis County Sheriff’s Office investigated a two car motor vehicle crash with injuries Sunday evening at around 5:46 PM at the intersection of State Rte 26 and East Main Street in the village of Turin. 22 year old Bryan Chong Foo of Ithaca was operating a blue Saturn Sedan wagon when he pulled out in front of a Gray Subaru Forester being operated by Christopher Miller of Lowville, causing the accident. A rear passenger Yuanjian Zheng was transported to Lewis County General Hospital Emergency Room by Turin Ambulance for minor injuries to his neck and head area and has since been released. No other injuries were reported. Lewis County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by Turin fire and EMS. Bryan Chong Foo was issued a ticket for failure to yield the right of way returnable to the Town of Turin Court at a later date.
